With over 20 years in the power and energy sector, his experience includes previously scaling Amplus to over 2.4 GW as MD & CEO, while expanding offerings to storage, hybrids, and green hydrogen.

Sharad's expertise spans project development, commercial strategy, and regulatory navigation, with a proven track record of delivering customer-focused, scalable energy solutions.
